Exploring Youth Entrepreneurship and Design Thinking with Re-mindyourbusiness

Luxembourg called again and we answered! 🇱🇺✨ We are here on Re-Mind Your Business to flip the script on what creating a business looks like for young people in 2025. We have brought together 40 participants from 7 countries to Weicherdange, Luxembourg! After a packed start (check our Insta stories!) we’re currently deep into day 3, but let’s take a sec to catch up: The first two days were all about breaking the ice, getting to know each other, sharing our national realities, and laying the foundation for what we’re here to do: turn job seekers into job creators. Our mission during this project is to:👉 Equip participants with the digital tools to build scalable ideas.👉 Develop a resilient, resourceful mindset that sees opportunities, not obstacles.👉 Rethink entrepreneurship as a forward-thinking choice, not just a backup plan. Stay tuned for more insights, breakthroughs, and behind-the-scenes chaos as we dive deeper into design thinking, digital skills, and big ambitions!

Designing a Better Future with Design YOU(th) Thinking!

This week we met in Luxembourg with our partners from Portugal and Italy to kick off Design YOU(th) Thinking. This project is a new KA2 Erasmus+ initiative focused on leveling up youth work across Europe. Over the next few months, we’ll be working closely with our partners, developing trainings and leading workshops on how to use design thinking to tackle socio-economic challenges, giving youth and youth organizations the tools to take on real-world issues with creativity, problem-solving, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Our objectives:🔹 Help participants use design thinking to tackle socio-economic challenges and solve crises with creativity & critical thinking.🔹 Enable young people to prototype, test, and develop viable business ideas through design thinking.🔹 Equip youth with the skills to design & manage projects independently, while helping organizations innovate & address community needs. Stay tuned because we have a lot to share with you soon!

Concluding our Deep Exploration of Mental Health in the Desert

Sometimes, all you need to create magic is the right ingredients: young hearts filled with motivation, an ambitious project, a dedicated team, and stunning desert dunes. Mindful You(th) gave us the opportunity to share that magic together, stepping away from our everyday lives to explore what lies beyond. By the end of our Youth Exchange, we successfully reached our key objectives: As Loredana, one of our participants, beautifully summed it up:“After being used to office life for so long, this made me appreciate what’s outside. I now realise what the important things really are, and how a small effort of positivity can make my life go well.” The desert left a profound mark on each of us, providing space to reflect, prioritize our well-being, and return home with renewed commitment to these newfound insights. And for that experience, the Coconuts are deeply thankful.

    Stop Bullying Kick-off Meeting

Pursuing Inner Peace in the Desert – Mindful You(th)

The time has finally come for one of our most exciting projects ever! We’ve arrived in Merzouga, Morocco, surrounded by the awe-inspiring sand dunes and the profound silence of the Sahara Desert. We couldn’t ask for a more perfect setting to dive deep into the topic of mental health and mindfulness both in theory and practice! In a world buzzing with constant noise and daily pressures, Mindful You(th) youth exchange is a unique opportunity for young people to take a breath, reconnect with themselves, and explore the power of mindfulness and meditation in promoting mental well-being. After a long journey from Marrakech, we’ve settled into our charming Saharan hotel and begun getting to know our participants through fun icebreakers and energizers while slowly starting to tackle the main topic of the programme. During the following days, we’ve shattered mental health stigmas through a dynamic world café activity. Participants also showcased their creativity, revealing the prevalence of mental health issues and existing stigmas in their communities through creative mediums like theatre, poetry, and storytelling. And how can we forget the magical meditation sessions amidst the mystical vastness of the Moroccan Sahara? A truly unique opportunity for all of us to reconnect

Luxembourg Training on Migration and Asylum Policies

The past few days have been super interesting for us! We hosted about 12 youth workers from Luxembourg, Spain, Greece, and Italy for a super interactive and impactful training on questioning migrations with the help of pedagogical materials developed by partner organisations. 👉 We had a 3-day training that was run in a train-the-trainer format to prepare the trainees (youth workers and soon-to-be trainers) for using the various kits (pedagogical materials). 👉 The goal was to have them run various workshops in their respective countries, helping more young people adapt to the materials to gain updated knowledge, understanding, and practical steps involved in migration and asylum policies. A big thanks to our facilitators and Cultures of Assembly for the training space. The project doesn’t end here! There is more to come, so make sure you follow along.

    Questioning Migrations Workshop in Luxembourg

Greetings from Luxembourg! On December 2, we hosted a very diverse group of migrants from Austria, Germany, Ghana, the Czech Republic, Nigeria, Luxembourg, and Romania in Luxembourg for the Questioning Migrations workshop, co-founded by the #Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. We touched on asylum policies, case studies, actors, and how the EU‘s migration policies can better serve migrants. The workshop was facilitated using pedagogical materials developed with project partners, including Union des Associations e-graine, Hellenic Youth Participation, Babele ODV and SOS Racismo. We also thank Cultures of Assembly (Luxembourg) for allowing us to use their space for this insightful workshop.
