The goal of the project is to create a Virtual Youth Academy to bring the transformative power of education to its full force and enable youth organizations and young people to become agents of their desired sustainable, resilience and healthy future.

Train youth workers in effective engagement and support techniques through a comprehensive training program
Foster cross-cultural dialogue and understanding among young people through virtual peer-to-peer exchanges
Provide young people with opportunities to develop entrepreneurial and leadership skills through the development and implementation of local projects
Develop and implement local projects using sustainable and regenerative practices
Develop standardized evaluation tools to measure the impact of local projects and ensure quality assurance of the training program
