O1. Improve the quality of European youth projects, especially in Erasmus+ KA1 context, by focusing on 5 key areas: non-formal learning, project management, partnerships, PR & Communication, and financial planning.

O2. Empower and build up the competencies of the participants to design, facilitate, and evaluate meaningful educational activities for impactful youth work.

O3. Use the previously developed ‘EmPACT’ toolkits to create up-to-date guidelines in the ever-evolving project management practices and incorporating digital facilitation.

O4. Re-inforce the European cooperation between organizations active in the youth field within the European context.
