April was a big month for the Unplugged project.
In mid-April, we hosted the Unplugged Transnational Project Meeting in Nice, France, bringing together our partners from Romania, Croatia, Poland and Turkey for three intensive days of co-creation and planning.
The meeting was an important milestone for the project, building on the feedback collected during our recent national pilot workshops.
Hereβs what we worked on:
π We evaluated and compared the results from the national testing phases to see what worked and where the approach could be improved.
π We tested the educational board game prototype using real-life scenarios and used the feedback to refine the design.
π We finalised the structure and plans for the upcoming Youth Worker Manual and Youth Workbook.
π We outlined the new project website, planned scripts for eight educational videos and set the communication strategy for the next phase.
The meeting helped us turn the lessons from the pilot phase into concrete next steps, with the final prototypes and multiplier trainings coming next.
