Training Youth Workers on NGO Management and Digital Youth Work

EmpACT3 part two has begun!

We are embracing the Erasmus+ spirit in Nea Makri, Greece as we start the second part of our training course, that we began in Cabris, France in March.

Our mission is to enhance the competences, especially in digital skills, of youth workers to maximise the impact of their European projects, by transposing their learnings, they can truly benefit their target groups.

In the first days, we’ve been diving into various activities:
• Introduction to DEOR training,
• Intercultural exercises: Communication in an intercultural context
• Refreshing concepts related to communication & DEOR,
• Unveiling the role of communication within organisations,
• Crafting effective communication strategies,
• Participant-led workshops on visual identity, video storytelling, and communication strategy!

We have also spent time to reconnect with the people we first got to know two months ago, as well as welcoming three new participants to our family. It’s a pleasure to see the participants paying attention in the activities, actively including themselves and sharing their knowledge.
