Kicking-off EmpACT 4 Training of Trainers: Part 1

It’s time again, EmpACT is back! From March 5 to 13, we’re kicking off the first part of our two-part training course in the beautiful hills of Cabris, France, welcoming nearly 30 passionate youth workers, facilitators, trainers, and NGO leaders from 11 countries across Europe.

EmpACT4 builds directly on the momentum and lessons learned from EmpACT3, focusing once more on four powerful action words: Empower, Impact, Act, and Erasmus+. Our aim remains clear: to elevate the quality of European youth projects and enhance the skills youth workers need to design and deliver activities that create meaningful, lasting impact.

This week, our participants are diving into intensive sessions designed to:

  • Improve the quality of youth projects by enhancing project design, facilitation, and evaluation.
  • Empower participants with updated competencies and practical skills for impactful youth engagement.
  • Adapt and refine EmpACT toolkits, incorporating digital facilitation and innovative project management practices.
  • Strengthen European cooperation among youth-focused organizations, fostering long-term collaboration and learning.

We are using feedback and insights gathered from our previous EmpACT editions, to reshape our approach to address evolving needs around digital youth work and innovative project management techniques. This project is a step up from previous editions, where we will be providing fresh tools and methods that youth workers can apply directly in their local communities and projects.
