EmpACT3 concluded successfully in Nea Makri, Greece, significantly enhancing the digital competencies and project management skills of youth workers from over 14 European countries. Participants engaged in intensive workshops focused on digital tools, communication strategies, dissemination of results (DEOR), and creating effective digital campaigns to amplify their NGOs’ impact.
Throughout the training, youth workers explored essential aspects of intercultural communication, digital wellbeing, and social media originality, gaining hands-on experience in HTML, Canva, and brand identity development. Activities such as professional group challenges, informal discussions, and personal goal-setting exercises complemented their learning experience, providing a balanced mix of professional growth and personal reflection.
Feedback from participants highlighted key learning moments, including insights into digital tools previously unknown, the power of networking, and the importance of simplicity and authenticity in communication.
