A few weeks ago, our Design Youth participants from Luxembourg took part in a design thinking training in Portugal. Fast forward to this past weekend and and they were already putting what they learned it into practice by designing and running their very own workshop back home in Luxembourg.
Their session focused on self-discovery and career orientation, using tools like the Japanese Ikigai framework to explore purpose, values, and direction. We had an awesome time full of openness, reflection, and meaningful conversations.
We’re proud to see our participants turning their learning into action and creating a safe, empowering space for others to explore who they are and where they’re going.
