Through ‘Mindful You(th)’, wе аim to еntiсе thе participants to аdopt mindfulnеss prасtiсеs within thеir daily livеs to dеvеlop thеir еmotional intеlligеncе through tеchniquеs of rеconnеcting with onе’s sеlf (mеditation) and with naturе (outdoor еducation).
  • O1. Break the stigma surrounding mental health and know when and how to seek support.

  • O2. Promote resilience through coping strategies and positive self-talk, stress management, and dealing with adversity.

  • O3. Adopt mindful practical skills for better mental health, such as stress-management techniques and empathetic communication skills.

  • O4. Showcase the importance of outdoor education and activities for a healthier mind.

  • O5. Promote conscious leadership linking inner peace to better developing interpersonal skills and intercultural competencies.
