Coconutwork is a network of youth work organizations in Europe that work with Euro Mediterranean youth to help them develop qualities and skills that are relevant to community building. We use non-formal education methodology and tools to organize workshops, youth exchanges, and training courses. This is a great space to describe our mission and the services we provide. We can talk about our team, the youth we work with, and what sets us apart from others in the field.

Our Mission

To empower youth to grow personally and professionally while evolving their communities through active participation. We aim to bring non-formal educational opportunities closer to young people from both urban and rural areas. Our main target groups are NEETs and youth from migrant backgrounds.

Our Vision

At CoconutWork, we believe in youth, fostering harmony in society, and supporting them in achieving their fullest potential as aware and global citizens. We want to bring as many opportunities to young people as possible to level up their skills in entrepreneurship, digital literacy, and human rights education.
